Thats great. Madeira is one of my favourite places. I have hiked all over the island and I stayed a couple of days at the Fanal Forest camping spot to scan those cool trees. I have around 50 trees scanned. Working on them right now.

I quite like GIMP as a replacement for photoshop. But I've been using it for a long time, and I've never used Photoshop, so I never got used to something else.

@@NonRoker Gimp, especially the beta version is great. It has the feature of painting on multiple layers at once. Affinity has it too but not photoshop. Gimp wins.

So many expensive softwares sadly : / I really wish to do 3D Art you wouldnt need all these softwares. But then again, for myself Daz3D and Blender have been my gotos.

@@Dianaranda123 It’s really not expensive at all. Blender will take you all the way, just stick with that. Houdini Apprentice is free and works perfectly. Unreal Engine is free, Reality capture is free. 3D coat cost 170 euros for a year. Speedtree is 19 euros for a month and you cancel when you are done. Zbrush is to expensive these days. Use Gimp instead of photoshop and Dark table instead of lightroom. It has never been easier or cheaper to get into 3D. 😀
