I really appreciate your videos. Total science and very sensible advice. What is the perfect level of nitrogen (0.6), phosphorus?, which micronutrients? What should the humidity of substrate, oxygen and carbon dioxide levels be at which stages of growth (spawn growth, substrate mycelium growth, mushroom fruiting). A lot of questions, I realise. Perhaps for a later video.

Ok. Thank you for your comment. I will try to answer in order. The nitrogen level is from 0.6 to 1. Depends on the composition of the mixture and the processing method, I will write down this topic for the next videos. Phosphorus, like potassium, as well as microelements are needed by oyster mushrooms, and when using at least two types of agricultural waste from different biological groups, they are usually enough. I do not know the exact figures. Thumbs down for AI voice. Always. All video producers. Why use something that is obviously not a real person? It’s distracting, mispronounces words, gets inflections wrong, and makes me feel like I’m interfacing with a box. Maybe the source person has a funny sounding voice and can’t speak very well? OK. Pay a friend or relative to do it. We don’t want machines doing more and more for us, because we lose that knowledge and experience with each concession. Whatever you can do yourself, do it. Whatever you can’t, get another human to do. And/or to teach you.
