An Integrative Health Practitioner follows the DESTRESS protocol, as written about in Dr. Cabral's book The Rain Barrel Effect. Additionally, IHPs are trained in Functional Health Testing and are able to help their clients get to the root cause of their symptoms, by uncovering their deficiencies and toxicities!
