LOVE this video! I am an independent stamp store owner and former customer of Creative Visions. I love toner foiling! I carry Pink and Main products and have explained how to tell the difference between the different foils many many times! Thanks for this video! I will put a link to this video in my next newsletter! Look for a little bump in your views! ❤

I’m new to foiling and was so lost! I was wondering why I couldn’t find Heidi swapp toner ink. Now it all makes sense! You’ve answered many of my questions so thank you! You saved me from wasting money on the wrong products. 😅

Thank you, Nancy, for this video. I'm getting ready to get back into my foiling/crafting mode as the weather is beginning to turn colder here in Indiana. I'm more of a seasonal (cold weather) crafter in that respect. Seeing this refresher video as I get ready to delve back in was much needed and appreciated. And thanks to your happy people maker skills, I placed an order with Crafty Critta last night! Can't wait to get all the new goodies.

Ahhh - fab - thanks for all the great info. I watched another of your videos showing how to test toner/hot foils and I asked a question about Cricut foil - and you have just answered it in this video! Brilliant - thanks

Thanks for the refresher course on my foils, Nancy! I've received the first of two orders from Crafty Critta placed two weeks ago after watching your Christmas card video. Know what I'll be doing this weekend????!!! Have a good weekend!

I bought a new laminator from Hobby Lobby and it only takes 5 min. to heat up, its a newer style so they have improved so you don't have to wait so long.
@NancyStampsАй бұрын
They still don't get to temperature for the foil to transfer. You can try it but the green light doesn't necessarily mean it's hot enough.

I haven't had anu problems yet, I use the deco foil and toner sheets and it works perfect for me, just saying

I have a laminator and wonder if I can use foil. Love your cards etc
@NancyStamps10 ай бұрын
Not all laminators are the same, but yes let it heat up for at least 30 mins on the 5ml setting and try it.

Do you think I can use the hot foils, specifically the Spellbinders, with the new heat pen for the Cameo 5? I'm excited for that new option.
@NancyStamps10 ай бұрын
Yes probably

I used to subscribe to this channel a few years ago. I have the original Heidi Swapp Minc machine but can never get a good image. I always get black spots or skipped areas. Is it possible that the toner is old? I gave up on foiling. I see my foil is your last choice.

Is the Gina K fuse a toner machine or a laminator?if you were to purchase one which one would you purchase? Should I purchase the Gina K fuse to start with foul?
@NancyStamps10 ай бұрын
The Fuse was meant for Foiling. It is far superior to a laminator. Unfortunately, it has sold out the first round.

Nancy do you have a list/file of the different products with suggested setting on the machines for the toner products?
@NancyStamps10 ай бұрын
No. Each person's machines and projects are different based on foil, papers, machines, humidity...etc.

I recently bought the fuse ( was using a laminator but new to it) I purchased some TE foil its to play with and bought the shims. Should I use the shims in the fuse when using their product?
@NancyStamps10 ай бұрын
I would start without it on 3-4 and see what your results are. You can use a cardstock shim if you need it.
