What is the difference between LME & DME?

Second comment, I sought this video because I accidentally ordered LME on Amazon after using DME for my first 5 brews, each one was surprisingly awesome. So needless to say I was super, super happy with DME.. if you're someone who has cooked before you simply won't run into any issues with DME, it's common sense not to savagely dump the entire pound of power into a boiling pot.. LME I'm sketched out by, seems easy to scorch and I've herd DME is better. I'm at this point just into brewing wheat beers so the LME which looks like molasses sketches me out too, I don't want a dark wheat beer. But none the less I have it now, so I will use it. Thanks for making a video and not being a Bellend man.. seriously, cheers 🍻
