I remember seeing this guy on shows like "1000 lb Sisters" and "1000 lb Best Friends." I have been overweight ever since I was about 19/20, back in the early 2010s. All my doctor kept saying was that I needed to exercise more and eat healthy, even though I kept telling her that I was already very good about doing both of those. Finally, in 2022, my doctor's office ordered some blood tests, and the results showed severe hypothyroidism. I was immediately prescribed medication, and the dosage is being adjusted as needed.

Yea I've done a lifestyle change 2 and a half years ago. I'm Allergic to dairy and I can't have protein because of m a kidneys I do plant base Protein is that good.

Yes, plant based protein is just as good. The only thing to look out for is carb. Make sure it is less than 15g per serving
