Swamiji has explained in simple words the 3 types of seva one can perform towards GOD and Guru. Tan, Man and Dhan. Physical, Mental & Financial. If one does not have the physical ability or the financial means still does mental seva it may have some value. But If one is physically able and has the financial means but still does not contribute or perform seva towards GOD's work, just mental seva is of no use, it is just hypocrisy.
