The key idea of the video is that by aligning our energy, releasing limiting beliefs, and using the power of the Law of Attraction, we have the ability to create our desired reality and live a life of abundance. 00:00 📚 Julie discusses the basics of the Law of Attraction and promotes her new book on the topic. 01:12 🌟 We have the power to create our own reality and determine our own expansion or restriction, and the law of attraction is simply a concept where what we focus on will attract itself to us in a matching vibration. 08:55 🔑 Religious teachings were edited to disempower and control people, but the truth is that we are our own masters and creators, with the power to manifest our desires through the laws of Free Will and the Law of Attraction. 16:25 🌟 Aligning our energy with abundance and activating our I am presence allows us to tap into the power of the universe and create our desired reality. 23:24 🌟 Be mindful of the emotions and energy you attach to the words "I am" as they create the vibration that the universe responds to, use the I am presence to identify and change limiting beliefs, and examine your thoughts to determine if they support a life of abundance. 32:46 🔑 Identifying and releasing limiting beliefs, replacing them with positive ones, and allowing emotions to flow freely are key to achieving goals and creating a great life. 38:39 🌟 Ask your body to show you where your emotional pain is and how to release it, increase awareness and access your power to attract what you want in life by removing negative beliefs, and align yourself with a higher vibration to create the life you desire. 43:45 📚 Beliefs shape reality, so it's important to see work as easy and use the I am presence to clear obstacles, replacing negative emotions with positive vibrations to attract abundance and create a great life.

Dear Julie, thanks so much for your wonderful show. It fills a niche for so many of us. These things are usually not discussed much. I have read & heard about the law of attraction, but never had it explained to me in such a clear way before. I am really looking forward to your interview of a death doula. That is a niche that also needs filling and can’t wait to hear her points of view. I have died ( massive stroke) and I really think that we’ve mostly got the after- life experience all wrong.
