At 80 I just began my journey of healthy eating.😉 my upbringing was meat and potatoes, but it did somewhat improve when I had kids. Love my sugar, too much, but now that I started the Mediterranean diet I find that I am able to reduce my sugar intake. I have the Smart Mediterranean diet cookbook and found it intriguing, the first 25 pages were very educational. So those of you young folks out there who wonder if they can make a change I can reassure you that you can. And you definitely feel better when you eat healthier.😊
