W video, so I made a whole new account cause somehow my other one got corrupted idk how, and it didn’t let me pick me school so somehow I got sent into storm, so I’ve been playing as storm for awhile, it’s fun and op, but it’s quite annoying when you face some bosses unless you have the op cards in your deck, and when your a lower level it isn’t too good alone, in the dark cave I’ve had problems with it, but otherwise it’s decently fun but you know it’s whatever lol

Balance is my first wizard as well. I love it! Not so much of the solo difficulty but more of I like supporting my team. I learned most players will see a balance and be like "I want that player to support me" so I get this gratifying feeling of supporting everyone.

Personally, I'd swap fire and ice just because I like the way fire looks lol. Although I don't mind a challenge (Balance is my first and favorite), I just don't think I would enjoy ice as much, but maybe I'll try it one day and like it

Honestly, gold shouldn’t really matter at lower levels. I would say the best way to get gold though is to simply quest and sell the gear in the bazaar that you don’t need

Nobody cares about pve really unless you’re a old or a noob just getting into the game. The people who stay long term are PvP players and you’ll realize that the tier list is different for PvP. Competitive play pushes players to get the best pet the best gear every update, and pve players quest through the entire game with trash stats and pet 70% of the time. Most pve players don’t garden couch potatoes or evil magma peas or understand why you need it and their pets suffer poor stats because of it. Most people don’t want a slow challenge questing it’s a waste of time when the majority of long term players want to PvP and take part in the competitive side of wiz. Competitive players bring the most revenue to kingsisle because they’re in an arms race for the best stats. PvP is the end game when you’ve quested all wiz to max on a full account or maybe you stop at 1 or 2 wiz. Btw if you make a family account it’s only 6.95 a month per account membership and if you have no friends you can at least quest alone on 2 wizards and get through the annoying quest line and farm for your PvP gear faster. One account costs 10 a month 2 accounts on family plan is 13.95. Almost the entire quest line can be completed with a 7 card setup so you pull everything you need first round and that’s how a majority of skilled players quest the most efficient way possible because questing is just a chore and work to get to the social PvP aspect of game. Questing can be fun if you have friends on same quest but solo the game is for the birds nobody enjoys that if you do you’ll get burnt out and likely quit or be inactive after your first few max. Wiz is a social game I’ve made better friends on wiz long term than I have in any other game. I’ve played since 2009 doing PvP since beginning where your best friends are made. Anyone reading this considering your first school to max don’t pick life or myth theyre trash slow to quest you want a school with AOE spells, fire is at bottom of PvP it seems right now, and myth is great at PvP but isn’t enjoyable questing using puke frog for entire game. Life you won’t have an AOE until level 58. Death doesn’t get an AOE until 48. You can buy AOE spells with crowns for death or life and questing won’t be so slow. I’d recommend storm ice or balance if you’re the type of player to not spend much on the game low budget. PvP will be fun on those schools, and you get AOE spells relatively quickly. Pets make the difference in good stats and if you’re new you NEED to get a couch potato or evil magma peas garden. Don’t be a loser farming or buying pet snacks to train a pet up. Go for an all damage pet or maybe spell proof quad damage. Plus 33 damage just from pet makes a world of difference grinding to max and farming bosses repeatedly for that gear with trash drop rate.

This list was definitely made from a “PVE questing through the game” mindset, and I took into account how easy some of the schools make it. I’m not too familiar with PVP but I appreciate all of your thoughts and I am sure they have merit. I agree, pets are extremely important as well, they determine a good from great gear setup

Pvp I’m this game is way too rng and non skill based. My exalt myth with like 53 res in pvp got almost half my hp taken round one by a storm was a max bolt lol that was a automatic loss and there was nothing I could do about it
