What is the PERFECT brew time for espresso? Troubleshooting espresso coming out too fast or slow

I use a Sette 270 Wii, it automatically measures the shot for me, and uses PID technology to stop when it's nearing the target. I typically aim for 1 shot of 9 grams because that way I can enjoy more espresso all day long! :)

Double what you put in. 18grams in. 36 grams out. Done in 30 seconds.

18g in 36g out is a starting point…every bean is different and for optimal taste some may require 18g in and 45g out or 20g in and 48g out within 24seconds…experiment with it, be prepared to use/discard a lot of beans in the process
