I love being a Homemaker. I’m a Homebody so it fits me perfectly. My husband loves the fact that he comes home to a clean house, laundry done and a home cooked meal on the table. It really is a gift to be able to stay home. 🫶🏻

My mom was A single mom of 3 and had no choice but to work. My 2 older siblings were a good bit older when i was born. But fortunately my grandmother kept both of them when they were younger and of course that's who kept me. A Very Godly woman! So next best thing i would say😊 My Mom kept my children because i had to work, and I'm so very grateful! She always took us to church and taught us about the Lord, and did the same with my children. That's always the first thing I say when i see a rainbow, Gods promise🌈 A beautiful picture he himself painted just for us to be reminded of his promises! Enjoyed the video😊

I realize not all women are able to be a full time mom and homemaker, but if you are able to, it is so important. At least while your children are small. Sometimes, our children do things, and we think "where on Earth did they learn this behavior!". Well, it was probably from a sitter or daycare. IF POSSIBLE, please raise your children yourself.

So many are unable to stay home because of financial strains. Prices keep escalating. I think it’s important for us to pray for the moms who are unable to be home and to encourage them as much as we can. My mom was a working mom. My friend Darla’s mom would come way out of her way to pick me up so I could participate in extra curricular activities. Our wonderful next door neighbor would greet us as we got off the bus and sit on the porch or have us in her home for tea and snacks and ask about our day. I will always be grateful for those women!! I try to be like them now that I am older.

I agree that a lot of families cannot live in one income. I do also strongly believe that many women could stay home if they bought a smaller home, didn't need new cars, expensive & excessive clothing, toys, trips. Extravagant lifestyle costs way more than the dollars. Throwing our children into mediocre daycare is the highest cost. Raise your own children if at all possible.
