Coach, is going to couple therapy a good idea to build up that communication platform? My ex, a month after a break up came up with the initiative to start couple therapy, however, he is still in a place where he doesn't know if he is "making the biggest mistake of his life or protecting himself from being hurt" . Can the therapy give me the opportunity to show I understand the mistake and I work hard to be better?

Here’s the hard truth you don’t want to hear but You kinda did ruined it for her and for yourself. At this point you can’t do nothing and give her space. And by space I mean not having contact for a while and you going to need start focusing on yourself. Right now your ex is dealing with the breakup just as you, and if you keep begging, you’re not letting her heal, rather giving her a reason to justify the breakup and pushing her further away. Breakup sucks, but it happens for a reason, right now you need to accept the fact and start building yourself. If your ex and you were meant to be, then with time it will show that.

So.. since she met this new friendgroup i read secretly her texts that she sent to a friend about a guy in the friendgroup: “i dreamt about him, it was nice” “i stress when i pass in front of his dorm when going to school”… i faced her about this and she said it was just a dream.. after a week i caught her sending a meme with text “lets make out” “did you miss me” to him… she said it was jokingly… we had a discussion about this and i got more jealous and jealous untill the point i wanted to know and read the convos.. she said she was tired and broke up. In the beginning she said “we can meet up after 3 months”, then i asked promise me you won’t do stuff meanwhile and she said “i will do my best”……..and cracked a joke “maybe i will be better by the time we get back together” The following 2 weeks i constantly sent her she said make me fall in love with you again but after the pushing she got irritated and said that was before i kept sending.. Now she says he is done and doesn’t want a relationship now and the coming year.. I see that she is online most of the days untill 2-3 am and her snapscore is rising fast.. i asked about this and she said it doesn’t matter who she sent, if she even sends someone or not.. I try to start convos like jokingly and nice sometimes i get an answer and sometimes not. I tried not sending for 2 days but didn’t get a text…
