What is the Ruotolotine?

The Ruotolo brothers are unquestionably some of the most dominant grapplers on the planet, and these twins hit twin submissions at a recent @onechampionship event. Their patented modified head & arm choke, being referred to these days as the “Ruotolotine” is a powerful submission, and this video shows the basic breakdown of how this choke works.
