Yes you can sign out cbc , biochemistry reports with MD microbiology authority signature. Before doing that get trained about the basics first, by working in these sections. About clinical pathology- no such short course present. U will have to work in these departments for exposure.

Freshers can join as senior registrars in govt or bmc hospitals… and salary is as per govt hosp which is same as any MD field. In private hospital/ lab one can join as consultant microbiologist as fresher in microbiology department. But corporates usually see experience and decide salaries accordingly
