A member of my Discord server (YoshiIsDead) has found a way to get an even shorter first lap on a triple launch coaster by using chain lifts as a booster. This wooden coaster is only 11 meters long (ignore the stats, I didn't bother building the rest of the ride): kzbin.info/www/bejne/sJq0fWehaNyJrrs. I wonder if there are any coaster types out there that can do this with an even shorter length.

wow i seriously did not know that would be possible to do in openRCT make it when the train goes up the hill it gets boosted but not enough and guests get confused, and when the guests doesn't make it on the hill the train goes back to the station, going backwards, and when the hill on the opposite side of the ride, it gets boosted to further the speed, i like that idea, i don't know why i haven't though of this, lol. so much information. :)

I gave it Christmas themed Colors and it's called "Christmas in July". It launches at 60 miles per hour, and it's ride time is only 3 seconds.

I’ve never really tested the effectiveness but one strategy that I used to use to avoid lift hills or boosters is to build the station at a tall height and have the track immediately drop, as a sort of reverse-lift hill, then put the lift at the end of the track when the train approaches the station, that way when the first car enters the station the standard station speed kicks in instead of the lift speed, and if the ride is short enough the train will have enough speed at the end of the ride to not even require a lift hill at the end because the station can pull it in.
