@@makinnireh not really. Sure they can make hive golems but that’s just because they can put life in it. I would say the ignition union is 100% the technology overlords. They built a settlement with advanced technology in layer 2 which was thought to be impossible, and they have made things like the arcwarder suit and the railblade.

It’s most definitely the authority at the moment, they contracted the ignition union and the divers. They were rivals with etrea back in the day but that was only cause of the kings of etrea that were wiped out.

That or the lord regent encountered canors and all of them where mean to him and he took each time personally and the times traumatize him That or hes just racist.

Yeah like you said Wardens are definitely not the highest rank, hell its probably not even a generic authority rank since fort merit is a prison and thats probably the only reason the warden rank exists (i'd say its just a strong captain given the role of a warden) , as for high ranks it'd probably be like Generals as the highest ranks, and maybe an emperor or lord as the main leader.

Grand Sovereign is the highest rank (Drallis Ehr is this position), which acts as an emperor and Wardens are believed to be sort of a General, since Jericho (a Warden) is stated by Archmage to be able to solo every Centurion of the 11th Legion, including Brutus, who is way stronger than our playable character

I dont think Etrea is even close to Drowned God and barely in Black Diver. All they really have lorewise is Lord Regent, who is one of the 9 ministry prophets so he technically isn’t even Etrean, it’s basically a puppet state for the Ministry. Even if you were to count Lord Regent a borrowed power, as apart of Etrean’s forces, it’s a mere fraction, 1/9, of Ministry’s forces, they should not be in the same tier. Etrea is a mere shell of its former self after the 5th King of Etrea, their true leader and powerhouse who could cut seas with his sword, was basically ganked by all the Ministry prophets Authority should be in Drowned God, they have a LOT of their main forces in central luminant and you cant forget about their leader, Drallis Ehr, theorized to be as strong or stronger than Pleetsky. Combined with the fact that we haven’t even seen like 10% of the Authority’s power and their real officers. I think the Divers are about equal with Etrea or slightly more powerful. Their black divers really carry their forces and you don’t want to underestimate people who are the 2% of all people that think they’re strong enough to brave the depths and layer 2. I think that multiple black divers could take on and beat Lord Regent, especially some of the famous ones like Akira and many more who we don’t know of, like these guys could have multiple people on the same level as Pleetsky. I would still put the Ignition Union under Etrea since they’re more like a PvE faction concerned with developing the best technology to explore the depths, they don’t really have any confirmed big names. The Hive is also way too low on this list, they’re sort of in the same situation as the Ignition Union with not being interested in combat at all but put all their efforts in advancing their world but they also have big names too like Zhitori Vhemm Rybak Diri, apparently a wielder of the light attunement. Like you can also tell from how strong their simple guards are like the hive mechs. I’d also put them above Etrea who is literally a puppet state and a fraction of Ministry’s power.

You got something in every single paragraph wrong, and you have no idea what you're talking about, so i'll break it down: First, you're shitting on Etrea wayy too hard. You seem to have forgotten that they have Maestro, at fp he's literally the strongest character in the game, (considering that he was stated to be on par with Pleeksty w tempest eye). Also it doesn't matter that Regent isn't Etrean, he's still a part of their forces currently, which is why the Authority isn't fully invading Etris rn. Sure, they're way weaker than what they were before, but they're still one of the strongest factions in the game. As for the Authority, yes, they are the strongest faction in the game, but Drallis Ehr has BEEN STATED BY RAGOOZER that he's weaker than Pleeksty (yes, WEAKER, not on par or stronger). Also, no way in HELL are Divers stronger or even on par with Etrea. They're a small faction hired by the Authority, and yes, black divers are strong but they don't even have a fraction of a superpower like Etrea's numbers. Also, you're just completely wrong about "some black divers being on par with Pleeksty". You seem to really have something against Pleeksty, because along with the 1st prophet, he's a Deepwoken (someone whos consumed a part of a drowned god), meaning they're the strongest characters in the game (Ragoozer stated this too). And if you dont believe me, Ragoozer said these exact words when asked if Akira could take on Pleeksty "hell no, Pleeksty would beat up akira up and down the eastern luminant". I feel like in terms of raw capabilities and influence it's the Authority, but in terms of raw strength it's the Ministry. The 9 prophets are literally a group of some of the strongest characters in lore, with the 1st prophet being literally the strongest non-god character in the game. But the Authority is so much bigger and vast that it would probably still win in an all out war

Ministrya solos since they got the first prophet who is a deepwoken and for reference Amorus pleeksty who is relative in power as he is a deepwoken as well is stated to be able to sink the whole eastern lumin which is an entire Continent. also the Authority have the tankest Guards as peacekeepers are like over 1k hp and the Authority commander is 5000 hp but lore wise the Authority reigns supreme in the military aspect. Also for the 1:29, that was rather an old one and realistically he is below Amorus as Amorus has transcdence over him which just means even if somehow Mastero is as strong as amorus, Amorus just can go above him, because bro is built like that.(And Through the new update we know that Mastero can't take on the whole authority while a deepwoken could easily do so.

The knives of elyis may not have many members but they make up for in the fact THEY CONTROL TIME AND SPACE. Also they like the ministry keep their secrets and have manipulative higher ups. (That's why there isn't much lore on them or the voidsea in general lmao.)

It will be called the TimeKeeper oath in game but you aren't going to recieve the oath from elyis but rather John Calico himself it's just the lore hasn't been made but the dialogue of elyis saying "Sorry but I cannot give you what your looking for" is there.

The divers, Knives of Eylis, ministry, ignition union, and summer company are literally no match whatsoever to any country. They can't just beat a full country's military like Etrea, the Central Authority, the Hive, and the legion. Like dude you are 1-5% of their manpower at most.

Strongest factions with pure power is divers and ministry no doubt. (Subject to change as more lore comes in the future obviously) At the moment the ministry have the prophets who are insanely powerful. But I think the divers at the moment have the most powerful people. Considering the deeper you get in the depths the stronger you get. And there are some "mc status divers" in layer 9 said by shirafune (source: yt video "How deep does the depths go" by Fungman) Considering how a power 20 actually struggles in layer 2 and cant really stat check, considering how much more dangerous the layers beyond that are I think the divers are the strongest at the moment. Also diver journeyman literally for guards of divers base they use 4 attunements against layer 1 monsters. And black divers are way way more stronger than them.
