A demand constraint is when the output is greater than demand. When the output is lower than demand then we have either a supply or a process constraint. In the video you confused a supply constraint with a demand constraint.

They are technically the same in restricting or limiting the flow within a process. In the video I specifically reference terminology from the curriculum.

I'm a little confused with step 3 (Subordinate) and 4 (Elevate) in TOC.... So Subordination means to identify the available resources for the constraint, and whereas Elevation means to put in actions? Is that correct?

Pretty much - when you subordinate and elevate, that constraint becomes the highest priority so support, resources, and leadership should be made aware and allocate time and resources accordingly.
