Question Boss, so I’m trying to introduce Kanban to my place of employment. I’m a warehouse lead and have used the dual Kanban card system from my previous job. How would we go about transacting the material out of our inventory control system? At my previous job we had a cost center that was directly charged to the production line. However, at my current location they do not have that in place. Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated thanks.
