Casey, is a great video like all videos that you do. Be thankful that the branch didn't hit you or if someone were sitting in your passenger seat that can be fix but you or someone else not. And is sad how devastated is that town I hope that those people are fine and can recover soon from that tragedy...

Thanks for sharing the name of your destination (not the way to get there - that's half the fun). I know why you guys don't like to share names but this kinda stuff helps when you're only visiting BC for a short time and can plan a route to some of these beautiful remote destinations. On longer trips, it would be easier to explore and wander without an end point. Most people will never make the trek out there and/or find these places by disclosing your destination so hopefully you guys continue to do that in some of your videos. Otherwise, thanks for all the amazing content!

Before you spring for a whole new upper seat cover from Jeep, consider checking with a good local upholstery shop. They might be able to stitch it up, extending its life for a little while. Be very thankful nobody was SITTING in that seat when this happened; that could have been deadly!

Great video Casey, lots in here. Definitely feel for the folks affected by the fire - that fenced-road scene was unreal and seemed like it was from a movie. Also, glad you were ok and nobody was in passenger where that branch came through. We're thinking about upgrading our dash cam and have been looking at a couple of Blackvues. Which model did you get, and how are you liking it? (Maybe you have a video + amazon link somewhere in your channel?) Aaaand you sold us on the Kuma chairs. We're going to have to pick a couple of those up when they come back in stock. Good recommendation 💯💯

1:30 From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia The Alexandra Bridge is a steel arch-span bridge crossing the Fraser River on the north side of Spuzzum, British Columbia and 39 km from Hope, on the Trans-Canada Highway in the Fraser Canyon region of southern British Columbia, Canada. It was constructed between 1960 and 1964 and is the third structure in the area named the Alexandra Bridge. Built as part of the modernization of the earlier highway by the British Columbia Ministry of Highways during the late 1950s and early 1960s, it replaced the Alexandra Suspension Bridge of 1926, just upstream, which was part of the reconstruction of the Cariboo Wagon Road which was renamed the Fraser Canyon Highway in 1924-25. This second Alexandra Bridge, which itself replaced the original Alexandra Suspension Bridge of 1863 (destroyed in 1894 and remains dismantled in 1912), is still in existence as part of the Alexandra Bridge Provincial Park and has not seen automobile traffic since 1964.

Thank you for sharing that part of the video from the town of Lytton. More people should really see the aftermath from things such as forest fires. Maybe more people would be less careless when they are burning things. A number of things could spark a forest fire and if we don't respect what natural resources we have now they could be gone forever.
