The poetry of the Arabs...ya Salaam 3ala Gamal. When one hears of poetry like this...one is reminded of why the Quran had to be the miracle that it is; to impress the Arabs and to wake them up from their sleep...(a sleep that many of them have returned to now) SubhanAllah

Most arabs who had the time in their hard lives to listen to the Quran discredited the Quran by accusing it of being "just poetry!" Because it was and still is wise to not follow poetry. Someone who makes life choices based on what the poets produce cant be a responsible just person. Quran is different from poetry. It is not fun to listen to. It is a very serious series of intense messages. Whoever hears it and understands it is in debt to The God, and his salvation is bound by how well he obeys the commandments.
