Hi Paul, your new bins save them till next spring. They have drain holes, plant yourself a bin garden. Some lettuce a few radishes, some green onions, a tomato plant, a zucchini. There you go!

Hey Paul...well it's about 2230 Monday night here in New Brunswick, Canadia (lol)...about 7C. Sitting out by a nice campfire watching your video. I was visited by a pair of racoons a little earlier and as I am typing a porcupine (aka. Quill Pig) just walked by (no I did not try to pet it or scratch it behind its ears). We've lived here in a rural area for I guess about 30 yrs now...love it. Well time to put out the fire and head in...thanks for taking me along on you scrap run again. Cheers PS. I often concider my past and remember what I have been delivered from...not much to glorify about then...by MY what is before me. The small Church that I once attended had "Iwill glory in the cross" over the front of the sanctuary.

I always look forward to seeing your videos and like when you thank the Lord at the end. I thanked the Lord when our small Salvation Army Church opened its doors yesterday for the first time in 26 weeks due to the covid virus. We have lots of restrictions which include all windows and doors need to be open, we cannot sing and must wear masks. I spent a few weeks with our officer getting our hall prepared and to comply with our government regulations. It felt so good to be back with our church family once more. I too have osteoarthritis as well and in my late 40’s, which most of it was due to trauma and getting older. Don’t take it to seriously though but remember that osteoarthritis is a true diagnosis. Love your videos Paul.

Paul, I am almost 70 and I have been exercising and it has helped my shoulder alot . A cheap total gym and a few weights not to heavy have helped , now I am doing 150 -200 pushups during my workout. I started with 1 or 2 pushups. Not boasting ... we are never too old . blessings , Jerry

Paul, you would be surprised what a cortizone shot could do for your shoulder. I am 65 and got one and it was instant relief. It has lasted me for 3 years now but starting to wane. I will get another one when it starts to hurt more.

Hay Scrappy; just so you know you ain't alone, I've got the dreaded "A" myself!!!! What I use to relive some of the pain is Turmeric, while it does not take it all away, it cuts the pain enough to get things done!!!! Another is White willow bark, the very same thing Aspirin is made from, that works really well, the combo is great!!!!!

Paul I have osteoarthritis it's real. I'm 68 with old bones too. In my early 50's I had to have knee replaced or I couldn't hardy walk, at 55 the other one, I also have a replaced thumb knuckle, not done yet, left shoulder is a reverse shoulder replacement. Take it seriously.

Greg Hurrell I don't see Linda K judging Paul. Our bodies start wearing out and we need to pay attention. Osteoarthritis is an arthritis that happens when we do get older. Do I think Paul should give it up. No but I do think if his shoulder is hurting stop and rest it. Rather then keeping on doing the same everyday take a break and rest the point of pain.

I tried it and after a week I could believe the difference so I kept using it and now all swelling gone can climb stairs no pain ...I use it several times a day and I can do anything. I just had a total hip replacement surgery last Tuesday,10/13/2020, so I have been enjoying your videos on my road to recovery.As always a good video that made me laugh.Keep the videos coming since I'm not scheduled to go back to work till early January 2021 but I am working on decreasing that prognosis.

Paul that diagnosis was true. My father has arthritis in both shoulders. You can get steroid shots for them. You are not old but the joints will rub together with time if not treated. I wouldn’t suggest surgery unless you are in pain past a 10 on the scale. Just thought you would like to know that.

Suzy Timm I have arthritis in almost every joint back, knees, ankles and arms ( the old phrase hard work never hurt anyone is a lie lol ) 55 years of construction work has basically disabled me. I still go all I can but it’s harder now and climbing ladders is almost impossible or stairs but life is what it is.

Hi Paul, I have an inflammatory arthritis along with osteoarthritis. Found out I had it at 24 years old, now 65. Lots of pain in knees and back and hands, but my Dr says keep on moving. So I do the best I can. Sometimes I have to have the knee drained (not fun). Just keep moving that helps.

Try heat that helps me. Also sometimes ice helps 20min on and 20 min off. That may help also, but unfortunately with arthritis there is not a lot that can be done.

I would be all over those letters. There's probably a couple hundred dollars worth there if not more. Oddly certain letters bring more than others... a Z can bring the most or an X ...because they're the least common and hard to get.
