I lived in the city my whole life with all the other sheep, but chose to start a new adventure part time off grid. We have an apartment in the city here and it's bloody noisy, smelly and polluted. Hello? The scenery of rural life is very beautiful! And I'm jealous that you're broadcasting with your wife! And I came here after seeing your comment on my KZbin friend 'Billy B's' channel, and it looks good because it's a channel where you can enjoy your country life, so I'll be watching it often.

Hi Brian, Glad you're getting rain to facilitate the Rice planting and preparations etc. My Baby in Castilla, Sorsogon sent me video 2 day's ago as they're planting next Saturday 13th and same machine after Caribou ploughing....I ask her if it was a Tiller? and she said Yeah??
@AustralianinthePhilippines4 ай бұрын
Yeah a tiller actually has like blades to level dry ground but the Koliglig has flat blades for the muddy rice fields. They are very similar but people use koligligs for transport here also 🦘✌️

Another great video, only complaint is too short lol. Hope your families crops are all good now and you're over the flu mate. Can't wait to see how they make the pig pens. Why do you need lime for your well?
@AustralianinthePhilippines4 ай бұрын
Thanks Scotty, yeah we haven't spent much time out there since the baby arrived but we will try and get more between the rains. The lime will soften the water and adjust the PH level and kills bacteria.

Think they pronounce it boa-a in Mindanao, used to flatten the mud before planting? I answered this before I watched ... Lol
@AustralianinthePhilippines4 ай бұрын
@@britinoz4305 yes correct, it's for flattening the fields after plowing. And yes with each dialect they call it something different here🤣. It's basically a hand tractor in English. 🦘✌️
