Brian, keep up the great work! Many roofers only care about $$$$ and the tailight warranty. You are a true exception. No quality or caring roofer would reroof in cold weather. Just match'n patch and wait for warmer weather to tear-off and do it right.

Love your content Brian. May not comment on every video you post but I do learn a lot from you. Most of the times, you answer my questions or fellow commenters help out too. I’d love to see a comparison video made on different temperatures implemented on asphalt shingles. Stay warm, safe on those roofs sir. Cheers

Hey Brian I have been doing a duralast mechanically fastened heat welded membrane roof on a school yesterday was neg 4 most the day never got over 6 out by mid afternoon before it started cooling down I'm up at 2:51 getting ready to get ready and go to work for 5 an hour and a half away they don't recommend under 40 degrees biggest problem is we are 12 weeks out with everything we order so we need to do more metal and duralast is only thing we can really get right away so we been bidding them and getting change orders it's brutal weather specially with wind chill but roofs are looking awesome and no problems unless you over stretch the duralast membrane roof on roof strong bro

Windchill is -27 here in Canada, i run a roofing company with my father we keep busy with roof repairs. Most people are still roofing in this weather here we dont without a little heat the shingles dont set right.. fun watching other companys repairing roofs they put on in the winter after a storm

I put EIFS (exterior insulation finish systems) on shopping centers and buildings. We don't work in the cold either. The products we use don't work in the cold.

Yes, love to see an actual test of how cold is too cold.

I have roofed in a blizzard when I worked for my original company and we used Tamko heritage. I can imagine the condition and quality of the roof 7 years later lol. Plus my foreman was shot and didn't care about the quality of anything

That’s Canada. That’s as cold as gets where i am. Hottest it gets is about 93F (34C) for a few days or a week a year. When i see those 100+ degree days down south of us i really don’t know how you guys survive that, let alone on a roof.

We don't work under 20° good thing for sportsbetting lol 😆
