I had this condition for about 4-5 months and it finally went away. The main thing I did to take care of it was be in cool environments and take antihistamine pills. This was a tough condition to battle especially as an athlete and a active person but I wanna let those know that have this condition that it does get better and it will go away. My doctor did a whole body check up of me, test everything where inner infections can be bc urticaria can be caused through infections. Sadly I havent done anything else bc i need to make an appointment. However my Doctor told me that there are injections you can get, this is like the last thing to do. its rlly risky because it can affect your immun system and something else too... you could possibly ask a doctor for this but i am not sure of the name

I've suffered with urticaria for 10 years, at first it's only appear if I ate high protein food but gradually the trigger are getting worse to the point if I get scratched it trigger the hives. I tried any medication to the point I became immune to it. At first, I slightly feel frustated with this but with times I slowly accepted the fact that this became part of my daily life, now for the first aid if I get hives I always use hot balm and try not to scratch it. For everyone who suffer this, don't worry you are not alone in this 😊😊

I don’t recommend taking antihistamines if you have small hives like after a hot shower, you might develop immunity to the drugs and it gets worse when you take it again, It happened to me a few months ago and I had to stop taking antihistamines and steroids. I started taking supplements Zinc 25mg and Vitamin D 133UI, the results are great so far, I can take a hot shower for few minutes, blow dry my hair, and sleep with a light blanket without getting hives, I still can’t go out in the sun though, the sun and stress are just the worst, make sure to get rid of any dairy in your diet like milk and cheese it might trigger hives.

Long time sufferer in both heat and cold. No medications at this time except for my asthma which can kick in at the same time this does. Mine is related to physical exercise and even something like lifting a box if is 100 degrees can bring on a quick bout. I have learned to live with it. We have an understanding and I know when not to push myself too far or shut down any exercise if it decides to show up.

I got an ayurvedic treatment done called panchkarma. It helped improve the condition and the results lasted for some months before the pandemic began and the stress made me breakout again. What helps me still keep it in control and not rely on anti allergics, is an ayurvedic diet. I refrain from eating sour and salty foods, and then every night I drink hot milk with sugar and ghee(clarified butter). Ghee really soothes the hives and makes the itchy sensation go away. I don't do it yet, but meditation also helps control urticaria.

Whenever I apply pressure, or run my hands through certain material or create friction my hands and feet experience this prickly, tingling, sizzling type of burning sensation. Along with the hives that occur on my body whenever I exert myself, I'm having to deal with this pain also. It's as simple as trying to change my bed sheets, or even rubbing my hands together, for this pain to occur. I dont know if what occurs in my hands and feet are apart of CU.

Or mai compition ki preparation kr raha tha to mai vo nahi kr pata tha life ko leke mai bahut negative ho gaya tha. Maine allopathy ki bahot dawai li sari jagah se dawai ya le kr dekhali.. Bahot paisa kharch kr liya pr koi fayda nhi kahi se 1% bhi aram nahi mila. Mai hope lose kr chuka tha suicide ka bhi dimag me aaraha tha. Kuiki na to mai thik ho raha tha nahi hi meri padhai ho rahi thi. Logo ne jo jo kaha sab kuch try kr liya tha. Pr aaram bilkul bhi nahi mila.. Tb maine you tube pe comments dekhana chalu Kiya.. Or maine dekha ki Livcon capsule or Assicon syrup ke baare me bahot logo ne likha hai.. To ye dawai Amazon se order ki or maine ye Dawai tb se lena shuru ki thi ab 5 mahine ho gaye mai bilkul thik hu aaram to pahile mahine se hi pad gaya tha tbse maine allopathy dawai bhi nahi khai. Or iss dawai ka koi side effect bhi nahi hai. Muze Meri life vapas mil gayi. Halaki mai ye dawai aaj bhi le raha hu. Pr agar mai dawai band bhi karta hu to koi hives nahi aate.

Hey guys, this is just my opinion and ways as a cholinergic urticaria patients. I got it during the quarantines where I stay indoor aircond room all the time. The symptoms were painful and it surely do effect our lifes. But here are some ways that work for me to atleast mild or solve my urticaria. I am a MMA fighter therefore I train almost everyday and the urticaria gets better when u were sweating and doing a sweat therapy ,of coz at the beginning it will be stinging painful but just a few minutes and it will get better. Besides try staying at outdoor or non air-conditioned area more as it will let ur skin to adapt to the environment therefore when u get hot u won't be so itch and Sting. For me, my conclusion will be try letting ur body stay in a room temperature and warm environment for example wearing a sweater/hoodie when u are in cold room or area and so on. A anti-histamine will also help but pls do consult a doctor/professional for more details and safety. Above is just my thoughts, opinion and experience. Hopefully it will helps but the best ways will always be consulting a professional if one is in serious conditions. Thanks all the best and hopefully everyone will walk through the hard times and be happy and stronger!

Only by going to a dermatologist one will truly know! I don't wear socks also, might give that a try. Not wearing socks improved my symptoms. It sucks because it lowers one self-esteem... Tho recently like months have passed since I had that itchiness everywhere, so it became pretty weak its not appearing that much, tho there's still parts of my body that still get itchy but weak, no white spots only redness and goes away faster. @wandameadows5736
@wandameadows5736 2 жыл бұрын
Mine started 8 months ago not long after they released the vaccines. I haven't had a vaccine & don't plan on it but I am noticing a lot of people claiming they got hives or a rash out of nowhere since the covid crap started. My hives start at my ear & progress down my body in small areas then goes away for 3-4 weeks and starts again. Its strange cause by the time my forearm starts itching the area around my ear is gone. It happens in the same exact spots every time but at least its healing is progressive as well. I have never had issues like this in my life. Sure ive had sinus allergy's & one time I had a reaction to some floor cleaner when I was 12 & got a shot & it cleared up but that's it. This shit is crazy. I pray to God this is not permanent. I haven't had any other symptom's or fever with it so ive avoided a doctor. The last thing I want to do is go around a doctors office while this mass experiment is going on. I have read that hive cases usually go unexplained because they cant figure out the root cause. Anyway I guess ill get to researching to see just how common this has been.

Yup! I caught 2 flu viruses and urticaria after getting vaccine this year. I was trying so hard to avoid vaccination but savings went to zero so forced to do so to be able to get income. I went from never getting sick to having a psychotic immune system after Covid vaccine. Been battling urticaria since. I think water fasting may reverse it. Then a whole food plant based mostly raw lifestyle. I would omit grains if anybody wants to try it. All the best to all of us who truly wants to heal from this, get our lives back, and not manage or tolerate this disorder as an acceptable fate.

Had this for the 1st time. 3 weeks was suffering. The welts are large, itchy, swollen and burning. Oral antihistamine doesn't work alone to me and only gets worst. Avil and Solucolef injection together works wonder after an hour you got it but good for 48 grs only. The oral combination that worked fir me similar with the injections is Zytec 10 mg (1x) a day and prednisone 5mg (3x) for 5 days

I have it for 3 years, I recommend getting destoraline aurobindo 2.5mg and if you are having it much i reccomend getting 5mg. I Went to so many doctors and this was the best solution. You can take 2 pills in 1 day if it doesnt go away with 1. Even with the 5mg one. I used this and now I dont have to use it everyday because it got better I used this medicine for like 3 years. Now I get urticaria i think 1 time a month

Speaking as someone who has had it since 13, much older now, it does impact your life and you should be aware of it. Mine kicks in during physical exercise, and my blood feels like it is boiling, and then the hives start to kick in. It happens in both cold weather and hot weather. I also have exercise induced asthma, since I was born, so initially I thought it was all linked to my asthma. It wasn't. They were two separate issues. You just need to keep an eye on it and try and cool down if you feel your symptoms coming on or as you grow older you can see how and when symptoms come about be it diet or exercise. And if you are going to run around in the heat, just take it easy until you know how your symptoms come on. Otherwise, enjoy life. No need to fear it or let it dominate you. Instead just know how to manage it and you should be good.

Its because you get hot while you sleep. I purchased an OOLER bed cooling system which helped me sleep better. But to permanently get rid of the urticaria try XOLAIR (Ask an Immunologist about it). I'm almost hive free after 8 months on Xolair.
