Heads up on terminology changes: "Anaphylactic shock" is now just "Anaphylaxis with associated shock" as the hypotensive crisis is not a part of the new definitions of anaphylaxis. Furthermore, the treatment of anaphylaxis now includes fluid administration, 0.01mg/Kg epinephrine (max 0.5mg per dose), and leg elevation to support circulation. ACLS is indicated along with airway support, sedation and external ventilation if needed. Antihistamines, corticosteroids and other drugs have an uncertain value in the acute management of these states, but are of established value in long term management and prophylaxis of anaphylactic states.

IL-10 does not stimulate the immune system like suggested in the video, IL-10 inhibates the immune system. It should be IL-13.
