so what is the treatment since there is no surgical options due to being in risky area ,then what else left? just using some heavy drugs like gabapentin to get some more blood to brain and heal the neuropatic pains? but dont wanna live with drugs forever so need a solution or just not be thinking all the time that a possible ischema might happen? :/

Thank you. My husband had a stroke ... when he was hunting. Had his head turned looking at the deer for 30 mins . The dr in our area won’t do a rotation ct to see if he is pinching off blood flow.

Doctor, I have been suffering for 3 days from a pulse inside the spine that goes up to the head from the back with dizziness, fatigue and lightness of the head

Hi, I have the same problem for almost 3 months. You described exactly the same things i feel. When i lie on my back it feels like my heart pulse goes up to my head in about 5-10 seconds and i feel dizziness. It ends after about 10 seconds. I got an MRI report that says basilar artery tortuosity. I think it is related with the vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency. I will see the doctor on this week but I wonder that you got well or not and how? Could you please tell me your story about this?

@@speaktruth9313 hi, doctor said that i don't have vertebrobasilar insufficiency. I went to a few doctors and they couldn't find any reason for my dizziness. The last one said that it could be because of stress. He said "Don't care the dizziness and say to yourself that it will be fine after a while". And he was right, it has gone after a few weeks. Hope you get well soon.
