With all the nurgle daemons like plague toads, Rotflies, & maybe even a mulluscoid, there’s plenty of boss opportunity. Plus nurglings, plague bearers, curse mites, smaller rotfly swarms, sludge grubs, & all the other foul Nurgle touched creatures would all be excellent additions to the game. I’m hoping the herald of admonition starts a mini daemonic incursion cause beasts of nurgle aren’t enough. If they have a mission like space marine 2 with the bio titan they could also include a maggoth, spined chaos beast, or a giant chaos spawn. The one addition I’m against is actually a plague marine cause it would be so out of place.

Nice, that was a solid introduction to the game! It's going to be one full year since I started playing Darktide in a few days, and so far, I've accumulated over 800 hours on it. The universe that it's set in notwithstanding, it has hands down the best mixed melee and ranged fighting mechanics I've ever seen, and that seems to make the gameplay loop never go stale. The build variety also helps greatly.

I've played DT for almost 600hrs, and it is my current obsession in terms of games I play. It's been so incredibly fun, especially after locked and loaded update, and I can't wait for Grim Protocols. Fatshark really got their karking boot in even with the rocky launch, and the gameplay, music, voice acting just feel fantastic, it just doesn't get boring. I am still hearing new banter between characters that make me laugh, and that I haven't heard before

The game is so good now. :) Except for the fomo store, I wish they'd change that to let players just buy what they want and not have to wait. I hope you can get your Krieg outfit soon. :)

Played this game a while ago and got distracted playing other titles. After SM2 came out I realized how much I missed Darktide and I’m so happy to be running it again. It’s fun, casual-friendly, and really scratches that 40k itch.

I've been playing Darktide since its release, and can say it is the greatest hoard mulching game I have ever played. It started out pretty meh, but they have always naild that grim-dark atmosphere that I havent seen in any other game. Now, after many massive overhauls, the game is nearly perfect. Just a few more bosses and the new Havoc game mode coming in a couple of weeks and I'll be a happy camper. Prais the Omnissiah, now get out there rejects!

The weapon system is very similar to weapon crafting / enhancing in Destiny 2 imo. I really like Darktide, but I wish there were more (unique) cosmetics, especially weapon cosmetics to chase. I know it's a horde shooter and that it isn't the main priority, but still

been playing since beta. The only major issue for me is that the updates fatshark has given us since class overhaul which was year ago in september? it can took 1,5 to 2,5 months to get new update and they often lack the actual new content, it's like we players are starving to death and every other month fatshark comes check on us and gives us one slice of bread and leaves, its just not enough considering how long it took them to deliver that food, and the reason is that they've been repairing all the flaws from the launch. That class overhaul was the only major one, all the other updates are crucial for the long term lifespan of the game but can easily lack that hype and often the actual content. But we got new weapons in summer and we're getting more in december so maybe this is actually the point where fs starts to considerably add new stuff. This is only my personal experience feel free to challenge my thoughts, thank you!

Just because you have access to high difficulties does not mean tou are ready for it. If you go down 2 or 3 times in the first five minutes you need to drop down a notch or two.

To be fair new daemons of nurgles why not death guard is a deatwish sides imagine the chaos if they throw another chaos faction in the mix for control of the planet that will be messy as fuck

Having new nurgle themed enemies or even lesser Daemons like Nurglings or Plague Bearers I can see being doable since we can take on Chaos Spawn and Beasts of Nurgle but having the Death Guard be an enemy? Not a chance, Atoma Prime would be lost and our poor rejects wouldn't stand a chance.

I hate the skill tree. The vet one is a joke i mean it was so bad they re-did it and its still just bullshit. Our end points are useless. We even have a grenade with no point (Smoke grenade) It does nothing at all NOTHING. The game is great im with you there but they really need to redo the skill trees AGAIN and give us more tools. As in weapons and perhaps accessories that actually matter.

Yeah i dropped a smoke to revive 2 squad mates thinking the sniper and many others wouldn't see me through a smoke cloud but apparently the sniper got a clean shot off and a mauler tracked me through the smoke for a insta finishing blow
