Speaking as a former 911 operator, it's imperative that we remain calm to try and keep you calm to follow instructions to try & save someone's life. What people don't know is that after calls like that, we may need take a break from the phone or/and talk to a counselor, etc. It's remain calm now, break down later.

Beyoncé herself said this latest album wasn’t a country album. Now, did she have some songs that highlighted the different types of ‘country’ music, she did. Did she highlight those artist in the country genre that may not get as much shine or haven’t had a huge focus, she definitely did. But I don’t think she put this album out to be considered for anything from the country powers that be. Hell she continues to be snubbed for AOTY from the Grammys, she knows she has a better chance at that ATOY than the country music community embracing her in that way.
