The ruger mpr was my first ar15 as well. i got it for 525$ in 2019, when ar15s were dirt cheap from over saturation.

Tbh for 1100$ ain’t bad she up there. I bought one and out of all three colt ARs I’d and shot Daniel defense and others Rugers mpr best damn rifle I’ve ever bought 452!elite trigger that’s a plus i converted it to a both mid to far and it’s accurate asf

My first AR is a Ruger MPR with 16 inch barrel and I put a Sig Romeo 5 and and some Diamondhead BUIS.

You'll want to mount that red dot closer to the mlok rail. It'll make it easier to acquire your target if you can see more out of your peripheral vision. Plus you can see if anything is going on around you, prevents tunnel vision

I'm over here in Twinsburg, OH and I'm looking at grabbing my 1st AR as well. I think it's gonna be a Ruger MPR, too. That or a DB15.

ruger ar-15's are darn good budget guns. That furniture is great and means you do not need to upgrade it. Get you a sling to mount on it and throw some lube on the buffer spring to get rid of that noise.

I thought I recognized the store. You guys are very close to me LOL. I also have the Ruger MPR and it's a great AR platform to start on. Oh, and I. mounted the Sig Tango MSR 1-6 and sighted it in at 100 yards. If you want a decent outdoor range, check out KC's rifle and pistol club in North Lawrence TWP.

I have the same one, it's been great. Added Geisle charging handle, a magnifier and Sig romeo 5. Consistently accurate, pretty decent trigger

Jus bot my 1st ( 556MPR mod 852(w/HBAR(18"hevy bbl). Trad-in @ local shop. They wur lukkin to get rid of it, spotted me( Goober KneeOfight) Tole me, "Oh yeah, all origanal!!" Let's say they wur ryt about bbl/ part of lower. However, up-grades are nice quality, and 5 Bennies aint too bad for 1.5 y.o. riffle. Accurate enuf to hit empty food cans in neighbor's back-yard!! They aint ben out today, hope they aint sick.

The MPR you got will last. It’s the only AR you’ll ever need and very customizable

And I heard "Hellion" when you said "Hellcat"... Then you got a Ruger..... 😏 Oh the 3rd generation Kel - Tec sub 2000 still folds the same way but now the barrel turns 90° so you can mount a red dot on it.

Y'all actually live in the United States I had to wait 7 days that is required in my state before I was allowed to pick up my Glock plus show my ( HQL ) card which is also required , which was proven Unconstitutional by the Supreme Court back in November oh I had to take my 16 hour class for my Conceal and Carry permit but I did get to take my AR556 home the same day I purchased it, 👌🏻.rifle was a little over $800, including taxes not bad.

@ECregsOutdoors I also half to go to Pennsylvania to purchase my 30 round Magazine's for my rifle & 15 round for the Glock perfectly legal to become Im buying out of state.
