In honor of Suicide Prevention Month this year (September, 2021), I opened up about what it truly is like to be a suicide attempt survivor. I also touched on topics that I don't traditionally see other videos talk about.
TW: Do not watch if under 18 or if will harm your mental health.
Note: the tone of the video is very apathetic and uses humor as a coping mechanism.

Very brave to share your story I’m so happy you’re still here and can help other people not feel alone, I’ve experienced my spouse struggle with very similar things and seen him go through the health care system and you’re so right they need to do a better job with helping people. I swear sometimes places only care about getting insurance money from people and it’s sick. Just keep your family close and even when its hard remember you help people through your platform and have helped so many people not just on social media. I wouldn’t have gotten though my hardest classes without you in hs and you taught me how to make soda, bake cool cakes, and tie dye 🙂!!!

Thank you so much for sharing! I feel the same way, but it is sad that others have had to go through that experience. Thank you for being my friend in high school and since then too. I love you! ❤️

I don’t think you sound like a kid ! I I feel the exact same way ! I woke up in ICU and first thought was I can’t believe I can’t even succeed at killing myself and then looked at my mums face and new that I would have to stay alive and fake it until my parents got Dementia or died so that they would see it again

Hay i wanted o let you know you are not your brain, it is the biological brain that produces those thoughts. Try meditation where you jst observe the mind and let it do its thing no mater how wild it gets. You are the one that witnesses the biological body including the brain. You are the god that observes it. Watch it often and it will dissapear. promise.
