Thanks for sharing, I found this interesting. I was wondering about testerone, I’m 49 and I absolutely don’t have the same sex drive as I did at 30 and I work out 4-5 days a week, working out doesn’t help that much. I am very interested in these pellets, I’ll have to look that up. Yeah I would wonder about references from the past. I have friends that are 20-30 years older than me and I guess I always like that I can learn things from them.

Have you guys thought about how you might manage your future? Mike will get older while you are still in your prime. Chances are (and I hope this doesn’t happen), Mike may become more dependent on you in his day to day life. There will have to be a lot of sacrifice in your position being the younger of the two.

Yes, this is always one of my first thoughts when I see these kinds of relationships. In latter years, it can be a challenge for the younger partner in particular. I think it’s important for everyone involved to think this all through ahead of time and have a plan. Nothing wrong with any of it, but it’s wise to go in with one’s eyes wide open. 👍🏼

I've also observed in age-gap relationships where eventually the older partner's sex drive and/or energy level declines, so the younger partner starts looking for sexual fulfillment outside of the relationship or even establishing a second relationship with someone else. Which can be fine, as long as there is open, honest and frank communication and the partners are both agreeing to the arrangement. I'm also aware of a situation where the older partner's aging process prematurely ages the younger partner psychologically and physically, to the younger partner's detriment.

Thank you for telling us about the testosterone. I’m 66 and about 1 1/2 year ago i lost all my chest hair, armpit hair, sperm production and suffer from erectile problems and sex drive. Physical need and drive is still there. I was afraid of taking testosterone due fear for cancer. Watching , gorgeous, Michael and his abilities i felt hopeless for a moment, and envied him, until your sharing of taking T. That helped me and yes, i’ll go after it now. My partner is 30. (Believe me i wanted someone my own age). We get on fine. I recognized the old, him, and young soul, me 😅, thing. He does come from a totally different culture though. Me Dutch, him Burmese from Indian descent. We’ll be allright. I think you’re both great. 👍

My boyfriend is about to be 65, and I am 34. We met when he was 56 and I was 25. We’ve been together almost 9 years. Things are currently not too good, and I have come to realize, but do not want to admit or accept, that he is a narcissist. I wish I had some help/advice.

@@SimpleWorld08 - Ask yourself, and write it down, what were the reasons you, at age 25, very young, were, in whatever way, attracted to a, i guess still good looking, as they many times are, 56 year old, very mature and full of life experiences and perhaps having it ‘all together’ man. Ask yourself if a greater part of that was you being young and liking strong support. (I don’t mean financial, just emotional, physical, intellectual). And then if by now you yourself are stronger, more mature and, perhaps unfortunately, less, or not, in love with him. If that’s the case then you have a reason to be confident in yourself and be aware that you are still very young and your needs have changed. If he has character he’ll understand. How do i know this ? I’m in a new relationship with a 30 year old very wise and mature young man. I’m 66. I wasn’t looking for young. Even the opposite and i’ve told him that. ‘Wish you were 30 years older’. Now he’s afraid that i might exchange him for an older guy if i’d meet one. (the world upside down 🙃). It’s going all Very well but already several times, even today, i have told him very seriously that if matters of the heart and physics change for him, due to his youth and my age and decline, he must let me know and i shall not hold that against him. Even the opposite, i shall applaud the right person to take over. I said to him i just hope that after that might happen we shall remain best of friends. I met a Canadian my age last year in Spain. He at age 29 started a relationship with a man who was 59. About 15 years later that older man told him it was time his younger, then 40, partner took another lover. And so it happened. The two new lovers moved in together on 1 condition, that the older man moved in with them. Otherwise this Canadian man would not have continued the new relationship. That older man, now long deceased, remained the love of his life. So you see. Good older partners know what can happen and understand that the younger partner might need to spread his wings one more time. We older dudes are happy not to be alone. I’ll be honest. Concerning myself i did long for a settled partner my age. Makes a lot of things a lot easier. But …. Love = Love 💕 🏳️‍🌈 Lucky me. ☺️

Another HUGE problem when the older man comes out later in life is that he may feel he needs to “make up” for lost time and therefore cant sustain a gay relationship. Or the same can be said for the younger man, if he gets in a relationship too early he may feel hes not “living his life to the fullest” .

Thanks for the great chat video guys. You are such a cute couple. I'm currently in a 33 year AGR. I'm the senior of the two. One of the 1st points you made is something that I noticed recently when talking with my BF about older movies, jokes, sayings, etc. that he had never heard. It made me feel a little odd, and I wanted to know Nicks perspective of when that happens as the younger man, and Mike's on the older. I don't in any way want to make him feel weird for "not" knowing, and I'm wondering how you feel, and do you think it's better to try and not inject those types of things into conversation, etc. Stay in the present if you will....curious to see both of your thoughts on this.
