Today, we visited 100 Vandam, SoHo’s NEWEST luxury building overlooking the Hudson River. This relatively diminutive red brick warehouse was one of the first generation of large working buildings that began to replace the small farms, smith shops and industries that developed on the undesirable marshy land along the Hudson River in the 1800s.

100 Vandam feels like an intelligently modern, well thought out, and elegant building, based on the warmer material choices highlighted in the units and common areas. As much as I love Ryan's videos & he really can even sell you dog shit & make you believe it's gold that's how great of a seller he's, I still cannot believe how much of a daylight robbery properties are in New York. If I had that kind of money I'd never pay for such a small, claustrophobic place. I'd only buy it for investment & to be closer to other rich people to expand my network & get richer but boy oh boy aren't these penthouses some shitty decorated section 8 houses that're basically combined together to form 1 penthouse.
