100 Vandam feels like an intelligently modern, well thought out, and elegant building, based on the warmer material choices highlighted in the units and common areas. This is in stark contrast to the majority of generic sterile hotel style high rises popping up around the area. Great job to the developers. So who was the sponsor again?

As much as I love Ryan's videos & he really can even sell you dog shit & make you believe it's gold that's how great of a seller he's, I still cannot believe how much of a daylight robbery properties are in New York. If I had that kind of money I'd never pay for such a small, claustrophobic place. I'd only buy it for investment & to be closer to other rich people to expand my network & get richer but boy oh boy aren't these penthouses some shitty decorated section 8 houses that're basically combined together to form 1 penthouse. Tbh this daylight robbery shitty properties are also to be found in places like London among others.

it can be as fancy as you want but the fact is you still living in an apartment, in a commune, you have to be nice to other people and small talk to them and share things and touch what 100 other people have touched. What if I want to be independent, free, have a space that's is only for me, truly private? You need a house you just do

Nice video. But let me talk about something major, I see both young and old making mistakes they shouldn't be making, I think everyone, both young and old, should have an investment plan that increases their financial return by three to six figures, the investment can be your retirement plan or your investment plan, whichever you want, but what matters most is that you have a profitable investment
