Many of us have an internal dialogue that guides us through life, but, for some Australians, those voices are more like a crowd, each with their own personality.
One of those people is Maggie, who lives with Dissociative Identity Disorder, and says her 'alters' have saved her life.

I like Maggi and the girls- System. Thank u for sharing your story. The therapist is very experienced and helped another system Jenni’ with over 2,500 parts. I was diagnosed 4 1/2 yrs ago- a senior and male. Inside I hear similar comments. Suffered many many abuses. Being a family man my parts have helped me be successful in several careers, and bringing up my children. One part so creative he builds custom furniture and chairs. I’m getting older now and my body is slowing down but I have child alters who remain young and active. I could share so many things I’ve experienced and overcame but I really wanted to say thank you for presenting this wonderful video and this beautiful woman who has shared her kindness and alters/parts. ❤
