Great video. I've been thinking about trying to get stationed in Japan and bring a gtr back. These are the everyday things nobody talks about that you should know. Thanks

Yup, military has a bit of an easier time, especially if you send it to any state other than California

Very much enjoyed the video. Now lets make a video on MKIV Supra. Since you owned it twice It would be nice to hear your thoughts on what to look for and how much to pay, how to find it.. etc

It's on the agenda since I still own it. I want to get a few vids under my belt first to see what people think so I can do it right. When I do yue supra I wont be using stills since I'll be able to film it as well

For me, it was the seat belt. I kept reaching across my left for the longest time. Not that I had a GTR, I just drove an RHD car.

For some reason that didnt happen to me, but I can see where it could. I always remeber the rear view mirror on the other side and turning my head the wrong way when going in reverses

Do you think it would be a good first car
@JDArcher3 жыл бұрын
Probably not. You should pobably get used to driving before you try RHD. Also if you want to mod, you might want a car that was brought over officially because there will be more parts and local help. However, in its stock for the r32 is not overly powerful so you dontnhave to worry about getting into trouble. However I have yet to see a GT-R owner that doesn't have to constantly maintain it because of its age

Nice Video. But why the hell is the bnr34 illegal in US? Thought US is kinda place of dreams come true espacially when it comes to cars. And what the f**k is wrong with your gov? They crush your car? For what reason, how they can crush your property, in a land where you (was?) allowed to shoot people which doesnt leave your farm. #nooffense Greets from germany ✌️

The short answer is, back in the day American car companies were worried that jdm cars would steel to much of their business, and wnt to the government looking for help. Government allowed those companies to set epa and safety standards. That way the American companies could get all if their cars to pass, but exclude any Japanese car they thought would eat into their sales
