I have a Giulia Quadrifoglio. Love it. I just drove the 4c, and it is definitely a car that is different than anything I've ever driven. Lot of fun, very nimble and just a joy. If I didn't love my Quadrifoglio so much I'd get the 4c.

A lot of people misunderstand those cars, It is not a daily, but a weekend/track toy. 4C is for someone who's looking for that raw feeling of the Exige, but with a little more style and refinement. Not everyone can own it, you have to be the right size to enjoy it.

Went for a ride in my buddy’s 4c. It’s essentially a really fast go kart/ race car. The one thing I don’t really remember from this car is that with the engine right behind you it is deafening. Anyone who owns this car will suffer hearing loss
@curvetrcalinga4 жыл бұрын
Manual transmission is great but it will be a handful because the RPM goes to the red line so fast combine that with a twitchy steering. I have a 6 speed manual Cayman S that’s 2800 plus lbs and 330 HP, I don’t miss it when driving the 4C because the weight makes my Cayman feel like a luxury sport sedan.
@roytrevisan34914 жыл бұрын
Sherman you are 100% correct. I went from a manual Boxster S to the 4C. I like the 4C significantly more for the "rush" you get when accelerating and cornering. Given the manual steering and tramming that happens as a result you need both hands on the wheel at ALL times. In addition I like driving F1 style with both hands at 3 and 9 oclock ALL THE TIME especially when cornering. Love the 4C, going to get my tune this month.

After watching this video I’m even more relieved I went for the Cayman S. That interior and road noise is ridiculous, sounds just like my Evo 9 MR from 2006. I genuinely grow resentful of cars I hate sitting in because of road noise/bad dampening/uncomfortable seating. I feel like the 4C is more toy than the Cayman, handles better but everything else is worse by 10x.
@yaoxiao16024 жыл бұрын
I actually think Cayman handles better, but 4C feels more raw, it's a great 4th/5th car while the Cayman can be a driven all 7 days of the week. Also, I think the 4C exterior looks way better than Cayman (which looks great on its own)

@Boosted Trav Then why do you drive 2 GT cars? Neither the M3 or Evora are raw and light like the 4C. Both cars are miles ahead in livability than a 4C, not only because of size but also the interior and sound dampening. The 4C is a drivers car and like my old Evo 9, not great for dailying.

2015 MX5 weighs around 2500-2600lbs. The 2020's are a bit lighter at around 2350-2400lbs. So the Euro versions of the 4C are actually lighter than the MX5 and the U.S. versions are about the same weight, if not slightly heavier than the newest MX5's.

@@colin2936 I don't know about the other models. I'm talking about the 4C. The 4C is such a simple car that don't have much to fail. I have owned plenty of sports cars to include Lexus, etc and they all had some issues. My 4C has been super reliable. Like any other first year production cars, some 2015 had some isolated issues that were fixed by doing a software update. Aside from that the car has been bullet proof.
