I am born and raised in the county Dade. Been riding since before I could walk thanks to my father and uncle. That said, I wanted to take the time to say, well done on this video man. You hit a lot of very important and relative points. Also, lane splitting is illegal here, but not wearing a helmet isn’t🤦♂️ Good job on separating Miami from the rest of Florida because it is a whole other monster. It’s always been a fast and aggressive city, but over the last few years I’ve notice general traffic speeds on the expressways have gone up to 80-90mph. It can get pretty intense and suggesting someone be an experienced rider before hitting these streets is a solid recommendation. I ride a KLR these days. I miss my city cruisers though. I’ll probably be hopping back on a sportster some time soon. Thanks again for putting this video out there. People need this kind of heads up when riding here for the first time.
