The us greco scene isnt as developed as the rest of the world i hope we get more athletes as a freestyle athlete myself ill try to qualify next olympic cycle after this one

It surprises me that since thr US can only send 1 athlete, that more wrestlers near the top do not focus on greco.

@Xxx-hk6mk is it? I just rarely see d1 AAs compete in greco. Maybe I'm missing something. Freestyle wrestlers are names that people know. Aside from Rulan, I can't think of a US greco wrestler that stands out I'm glad this guy is making a social media presence to help get greco more popular. I'd love to see the US dominate the Olympics in both styles someday.

Doing sprints and zercher squats can help a lot just look up Olympic wrestling training regiments and you should be good to go
