Not necessarily. There are productive part-time RE/MAX Agents. The keyword is productive. My team promotes goal oriented and consistent hard work whether you are part or full time. Joining a team is a great opportunity to get the support and guidance needed as a part or full time Agent.

I’ve been part time for 14 years and productive (most of the major brokerages in my area, including REMAX have aggressively come after me). What I can say in my research is that they intentionally make it difficult to do this part time. I’ve seen EXP to be the most part time friendly brokerage
