I came to realize that Runda is the initials of the words Reserved United Nations Development Area,.As a plumber,i sometimes have a rare previlage of entering many different eststes and Runda being one of them.I once worked arround there Kwa maji entrance and i can say,runda is the most protected estate,you cant just enter and move arround anyhow,if you dont have a private car,you better walk because,nduthis and taking photos are highly prohibited.
