Great content! Gracia Senor! I was in Otavalo in 1976 for 2-3 months. I didn't have much dinero then, but I could have afforded to rent a small room made out of clay just to sleep. I rented it from a local private person. At the time, the currency was Sucres, and I paid about $4 US monthly (I can't remember the exchange at the time). I'd take a shower in the public showers and eat out at the cheapest local food shops. I survived with about $1 US for food daily. I remember I bought a bunch of green bananas from a farmer and keep it covered in my room to get ripe and I'd eat it with bread. Doing the math, I survived my stay with less than $50 US total (a little room, food, showers, and once in a while, a beer). Lovely and beautiful memories! Today (48 years later), what I did in 1976 for about $50 US (very basic) monthly would cost me about less than $400 US, which is very basic, but maybe a little more luxurious based on what I am hearing. Thanks again, Senor💖

I made time to watch this tonight. What a great story. I hope you'll share the rest on this channel. My parents passed away when they were just in their 50s and i wish i had been able to interview them like this.

It will be in production as soon as I finish some other projects and I still need to see if there’s truly a demand for it based on views 🤔

@@GMAceM I suggest you just do it... the views, hits, and likes will come in time - dance like nobody is watching and sing like nobody is listening🤣.

How times have changed right! How did you end up in the USA then back to Ecuador?
