The cards are sleeved and don't get direct sunlight only bounce light. It would take years for a card to get any visible damage. By that time, the card is most likely already sold.

The length of time it would take for indirect sunlight to make noticeable damage on a card even under magnifier would take YEARS lmfao. PSA doesn't care to put UV protect on their holders for this reason, the effects are negligible unless you are blatantly trying to destroy the card even then direct sunlight would still take some time.

I would kill for a video explaining modern Pokémon cards in a simple way 😅 I started collecting again but since childhood they’ve changed so much. I don’t know what EX or v max means or why there are reverse(?) shinies, shinies with that pokeball pattern, rainbow, gold… no idea how rare each are either. The multiple shiny versions of one card I REALLY don’t get. Some have different art but are from the same series. HELPP

I know it's taboo to talk about money but I'm so interested in the cost of running this business and the profit margins. Like I'm sure it helps that you work the shop your self, but I imagine the margins on mostly small price items can still be hard.

Most modern items / low priced items are very small margins. We help it with shop sales, website sales, KZbin streams, eBay auctions, instagram sales etc etc

I don't know if you guys worked any retail before opening the store, but if you haven't you've probably realized by now is that on cold rainy days business is sloooow. Sounds obvious when you say it but useful to keep in mind. Keep the store nice and toasty if you can, so if they come in they don't want to leave. 😂
