I liked your cold noddle soup and the broccoli salad. I had a Chinese roommate years ago and he taught me to save the broccoli stems and to use them when boiling water for soups, etc that it adds some flavor. You need to always hold a warm spot in your heart for your grandmother, and we need to thank her, for helping make who you are and the vlogs you produce.

Another European recipe: the stalks can be roughly grated and cooked in cream sauce, adding dill. Much tastier than just adding the stalks to water to make stock!

Nami, I really like your videos, they radiate so much calm that you feel much more relaxed and I'm always amazed at the diversity of Japanese cuisine, there are many ingredients that I've never heard of before. Here in Germany you would have to go to special shops to get these ingredients and then they would probably be very expensive.

А меня поражает то, что времени на личную жизнь практически не остается. Не могу сказать обсалютно точно, но слышала, что в Японии, и в Китае люди очень много работают, так как там большая конкуренция и нет такого, чтобы работали по 8 часов и всё - домой. Там большую часть дня человек проводит на работе. Даже представлять не хочется, как это тяжело.
