NoN of the prisons allow prison packages to be sent anymore. They hired a Vender, where the prisoner orders within the prison and the stuff will be delivered to them. I'm guessing this business is out of business.

walkenhorst are a disgrace every electrical item i have purchased for him has had to be replaced 2 3x i purchased his tv on the 6th May 2021 now its stopped working its just past 2 years i complained to Walkenhorst they were not sympathetic at all i buy him his food packages every 1yart his spo in an extreme emergency and his commissary every month last thing i expected to buy was another yv so soom.I am convinced all there electrical items are refunds or faulty items.They are getting as bad as Union Supplies I will stick with Access secure I have never had an issue with them.Walkenhorst are scammers Hardly surprising why CDCR are worth millions

Also you seem to have blanket care packages which could easily get chucked cause different prisons have different rules and regs.
