I’ve been doin an RP Strength FullBody workout for 2-3months, and switched to a BroSplit this week…yeah I’m definitely going back to FullBody. Anxiety of missing a workout throughout the week is a real thing

Limbs & torso 4 day split with progressive overload & exercise variations in my opinion is one of the most optimal you can train all body parts twice a week & get plenty of rest the only thing is that you need at least 2hrs without counting cardio, you can add it the same days or do the cardio on your other days 30mins as long as you add intensity. You can run this for ever.

Have done full body 3x/week, this year I have started a Pull-Push-Leg-Off-Off-Full-Off. Splits really don’t matter as long as you have reasonable exercise selection and push sets hard and give yourself time to recover. I target ~84 working sets/week.

My favourite is Chest side delts Back traps Arms front delts Legs rear delts Rest Repeat

I’ve been doing full body compound workouts 3x/week Flat or incline dumbbell press Bent over Db Row Shoulder press(seated or standing) Squats And sometimes I do dips at the end ive been trying to be more consistent with dips though

Once I started doing full body workouts 3 days a week (w/ wendler 531), my muscles started EXPLODING. When I start to feel a negative or plateauing change I would switch to PHAT + wendler for a few weeks and switch back. The gains don't stop!

Listen i do the same exersizes every week but I have a licht week a medium week and a heavy week to have a different weight in my hand every week and after my heavy week i Will repeat this again been doing this for years now still getting great results so i Just keep on doing it

Kinda agree, however all splits and routines ive done usually slows down a lot around 6 to 8 months mark. FB, PPL, CLASSIC BRO and so on ,but at the end i got used to train antagonists and giving full force to each muscle without being fatigued by the previous exercise. Say i do heavy chest progress workout .. but on ppl i have to continue with shoulders and triceps... that also worked and i have to half ass them cuz of fatigue, i dont like that anymore. I want to give all muscles fresh attention so i love soing chest and back, arms and shoulders and a leg day. Cant imagine training synergists anymore. Im doing antagonist over a year and its still good and i hope you are wrong and i dont have to get back to others. Still progressing in power, hypertrophy and when i cant put more weights i will manipulate the number of sets and when its not convenient to further increase sets i will play with time between sets or tempo and so on.. i dont think it will stop working soon 😂🤔

I'm 55 and not really gaining much, I've been doing ppl six day's a week.. I'm contemplating doing full body - Mon Wed's Friday, to me that seems like a lot to recover from? Can someone please help me program how that would be effective please?

You dont have to change anything you can Just play with the weight by having lichter and heavier weeks thats the best answer if you listen to these guys you Will never know what to do

My push routine.. flatbench, dips and shoulder press.. is this safe for the long run? 8-12 reps for 3 sets
