So, Harry and William aren't responsible for their own actions? We don't know what's behind the rift, so we can't assume it's because of Meghan. It could be a number of things. Usually brothers fight it out, or argue, and then 5 minutes later everything is back to normal. Since the brothers are living on opposite parts of the world, they can't have a brotherly shake up. And we don't know if the brothers made up or not, we're only going by the media.

The King is the monarch and is the Head of State and is such endowed with all the powers the come with that job. All the ceremonial duties audiences with the prime minister and so on. The queen now in this case is mostly just the first lady, a support but not equal in postion and power to the spouse. So no they don't rule together, it is ruled just by one person in that sense, husband and wife does not share the duties as monarch. And anyway most of powers of the monarch is quite restricted in a modern constitutional monarchy.

The UK is going to get a new Queen and her name is Camilla, the new Queen Consort. Many of us loved Diana and wish she was taking her place next to King Charles, but that's not the way it worked out so it's time to let Diana go.
