You make such great points here! What are potential/new students afraid of the most? That we will be impatient, or downright mean, when they make mistakes. But when we make students feel like mistakes are not only fine, but a welcome part of the process, they bloom! The moment they dare to try, they begin to progress. It's beautiful to watch.
