I revisit this channel when I need a mental reset. This is one of the most human channels on the platform. Sometimes I need to listen to a video of a speaker who isn't afraid to pause and think before they talk, whose every waking moment isn't spent trying to hold millions of viewers' attention with nonstop, mashed together sentences with no breaks to process what was said, with flashing lights and fast music. It's refreshing to just listen to a man talk like an actual human.

Man this is so right. Been struggling with marijuana and porn use for the last several years. Currently 12 days off both. I’m realizing many of my negative thoughts and emotions stem from my childhood and now social media and society. If I can give you any advise, try to be on your own for a while. Narcissists generally tend to view people as a sort of "resource", as in using them to feel better about themselves. See what happens when you take away this resource and start relying on your own for a while. Not trying to judge, it's just generally what happens and it's often not something you do with complete awareness. I know two people with narcissistic tendencies and if there's one thing they always struggle with, it's being on their own and being content with themselves... but I think that's exactly the root of the problem, and a fixable one. Stay strong, apologize to the ones you might have hurt, and work on yourself without relying on others for a while.

This is exactly what I needed to figure something out. I’ve always thought some women have inherent femininity and I don’t have it, when in fact I had it too, but it was covered by anxieties, fears, overburdening myself with work. I started working on eliminating those issues in my life and my femininity awakened! I no longer feel shame or guilt when men offer help for example, but a year ago I felt miserable, not worthy of being noticed / taken care of, guilty and shameful, as if I ‘m a burden to everyone. I tried to do something to find that confidence and femininity, when in fact all I needed was just cut off all the issues that were hiding those qualities from the world.

Ive had many breakdowns, nightmares and anxiety attacks growing up and fought with drugs and drinking. Your videos have motivated me to make finding God a priority this year. Truly. Every morning I pray and ask God why I do the things I do and why do I feel this way. And I feel like for the first time in my life I truly feel compassion and love. My heart is slowly getting stronger and healing. I see many my Hispanic friends struggling and we like to talk about God to each other and motivate each other to keep moving forward and praying. I have been to Botswana! I spent almost a month there, trying to get a horse back. Safari company started. I failed to get the company started for a number of reasons, but I absolutely loved that country. I was staying at a lodge outside of Ghanzi. I also went north, and spent several days in the Okavango delta.
