Corporate thugs "bury people alive" all the time. They ruin people. Her point is that you don't see too many white collar criminals in jail. The vast majority are poor and disadvantaged. At least the corporate criminals have a shot at paying for a good defense.

The moment you bury two elderly people alive while they spend a literal hour crying and begging you not to, you lose any right to speak from the moral high ground. Tiffany Cole has committed such cruelty that one lifetime doesn't contain enough potential misery to pay it back.

I mean, if you think about it, like, I would be happy to see they are suffering from the knowledge of their death date, exactly what this monster did to those poor people. These people have no empathy and can only suffer if they are at risk for any punishment, so it's gotta be at least some form of schadenfreude to see this rat try to desperately save her own life while knowing she can't really delay the inevitable. I hope the families who she harmed are able to find some peace in that. 🙌

I don't agree with the death penalty, but there should be no sympathy for these monsters. How dare they try to paint themselves as victims, one murdered a young woman and the other took part in a gang robbery of an elderly couple who they abducted and buried alive. They should be put away for a long time, and shouldn't get the benefit of sympathy from anyone.

What they did is wrong and disgusting, but they’re right. Their life circumstances led them to where they are now in life. People who aren’t well off, live in slums, or bad neighbourhoods, who don’t have good influences in life are most likely going to end up in prison. Comparing to someone who is rich, and has lived a life filled with good influences, and not having to live in survival mode. So there isn’t equality, but I’m not defending their actions, nor should they be using it as an excuse for theirs. What they did was their own decision, and they are responsible for their actions.

Actually it is way more expensive to have an inmate on death row. Having someone on death row usually leads to several appeals of the decision in court, and usually those people don’t have money for a lawyer. When this happens the lawyer is supplied by the state and the money to pay that attorney comes from our tax dollars. Making appeals to court are super expensive, and in addition the drugs that are typically used aren’t cheap either. The death penalty isn’t the solution to the predicament we are in currently, it’s just the bandaid to make people feel like they are getting things under control.

Randall Munn I’m just saying that people who are on death row and typically the people who use more appeals and cost more money. Seeking the death penalty requires longer trials, and therefore cost more money (usually for an attorney provided by the govt). I’m not trying to muddy the waters, I’m just saying it like it is. If you look it up on any accredited source you’ll read the same thing. I’m not saying I don’t agree with the death penalty for murderers, but to say that it is less expensive than life imprisonment is just inaccurate. Maybe once upon a time the death penalty was less expensive, but now with the delays in getting to trial, longer period of time to get a jury together, longer trials, and very frequent appeals (all adding up the cost very quickly). It’s fine to disagree on whether the death penalty is a justified punishment, but it’s not up to interpretation of what is more cost effective.

just because you don't have money or you are a minority does not mean you can kill people and have an excuse for why you are in jail. I can't believe they think they deserve life. they should accept that they ruined a family's life by taking their loved ones away from them.

Rich3yy (〉'Richard'-) The are blaming their sentence to death row on being poor or minority. "How many rich people are on death row?" I'm charmed that they call it "Life Row" and try to ignore the fact that they are condemned murderers. Their victims didn't get to play such make-believe. These two ladies show neither remorse nor even awareness that they are on Death Row due to choices *they* made. Most poor people and minorities go through life without killing anybody. As for "bullshit", it isn't my comment. The bullshit is you trying to attack me instead of responding honestly to my point.

Jacob, I completely agree with you to an extent. But consider the case of the woman on the right. She robbed, kidnapped, and buried alive an elderly couple. Is this a crime that is justified for the fact that she is impoverished? I think you are absolutely correct in the cases where poor people commit robberies, and I can even understand activities such as gang crimes because that is unfortunately the culture of some cities. However, when the transgressor has acted with gruesome intentions, I believe they should be held to justice, whoever they may be.

Actually, it means you get out of jail, which buys you a shit load of time and buys you a bad ass lawyer (making sure to pick the lawyer that donates the most money in electing judges etc) to talk to the DA and judge before a trial gets set to settle a deal: like paying a fine and getting probation/anger management classes etc. if you're poor though, you are usually tried the next day or two, and the best you get is a public defender. I don't think you know the system lol

They are implying that citizens of lower class get the toughest sentences in comparison to citizens of high social class who have commited similar crimes.

Rich people dont go to prison because......idk they are not stupid. It doesnt matter about the race, it matters of the choices one makes. Shes in there for committing a crime but yet she doesnt think of what she had done and just blames it on the race.

Taygan Krebs whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa wtf does justin have to do with this? sure, you may not like him but wishing justin and prison and possibly death upon him is completely ruthless. I would never do or say that to anyone, even my worst enemies. Everyone is human. And this is when you know, you obviously hate yourself so please keep your comments to yourself next time. Kids like you should be riding bikes or climbing trees not caring about death row or justin in jail

Cherry Cola because you're too dumb to understand that life is deeper than labels. Maybe the true psychopaths are ppl on wall street, world leaders etc....if ure okay with ordering bombs to be dropped on innocent ppl, that label suits you well.

Can someone explain this? Why is it that some people commit one act of murder and get put on death row but some criminals who commit several acts of murder, rape or other crimes get put in prison for life with the opportunity for parole. I'm not defending criminals but it seems odd to me.

WeAreTheInsurgents Probably depends a lot on which state they're in, some don't even have the death penalty. Also, if the person shows remorse than most times they will be given some leniency. I can't imagine many cases of someone committing several acts of murder, as you say, and not getting the death sentence if they were in a state that uses it.

WeAreTheInsurgents The state, the lawyer, and the judge. Some people on death row were sentenced before their state abolished it, and they are waiting on their execution.

No, they are not in the death row because they’re poor, they are in a deth row because they are absolute monsters who don’t deserve nothing but rot in hell. Google what they did. Tiffany Cole, the ugly one killed an elderly couple by the most inhuman way, burying them alive. And Emilia Carr, the black haired one, kidnapped a 26 year old woman and tried to break her neck, but she eventually died of asphyxiaton.
