Glad someone gets Jamie Carragher. Humble seems to be the new in word in football. Love Harvey but guessing he needeed to do more for the manager. I think Rice has an un-athletic (if that's a word) running style, Fergurson didnn't want Henderson cos of the way he ran, guessing we all have a way in which we run/walk/carry ourselves.
@joeatkins447019 күн бұрын
I think there's a bigger point that you missed, but maybe because you recorded this before the Man City game. Liverpool v Accrington was a joyous event, it was fun, it was an occasion. Accrington played with great clarity and intelligence, but mostly they played with fun, with smiles and with laughter. The whole occasion was a hoot! cut to Man City V Sal City: empty seats, little noise, no joy, no fun, no laughter. The eight goals was a self-flagellation exercise, my god that is hard to watch. My point being that ok, there are things going on at Liverpool and so there should be, but it is still a great team to watch, a great club to support, it is fun, there is laughter, it's a hoot! Not all things need analysis. Sometimes, that's what it's about - just having a good time and being able to smile and laugh as you leave the pitch or walk out of the ground or turn the TV off.

You've been critical of Nunez lately, & while it sounds harsh given the effort the guy has been putting in to try, begrudgingly I have to agree with you that the verdict really is that he doesn't belong here, especially Slot's demand a more sophisticated #9 than Klopp. As hard as he huffs & puffs its sorry to see him out of sync with the rest of the team, & obviously the now sxpected missed chances. Truly a shame. Endo however oj the other hand has been overlooked by Slot unfairly. Not saying he can do Gravenberch turn but he can certainly close out the United game a lot better than any of our current 1st team mid.

I'm not going to be critical of anyone in this match, it was a patchy side in a patchier game. Nunez and Chiesa wanted to be involved and get their metrics up, almost too much. Love your channel (not trolling), just interesting to see people FINALLY seeing what I did back then. I’m not saying he is poor, I just couldn’t see why we specifically had signed him. His physique at the medical looked different to the rest of the team - like a table tennis player rather than a powerful athlete. Also, we needed defenders and midfielders more at the time. He has had loads of injury problems, and is unproven anywhere but in Serie A. He is a good but our latest Thiago, Keita, etc player

We could forgive and did forgive Stevie G when courted by Chelsea , we were not a top team, we are now and can win the league, champions league is possible. We can offer Trent silverwear, we can challenge and have for many years.
